From dissecting Boolean search strings back in the early days, to integrating new Web 2.0, Social Media, and Mobile technologies in his work today, Michael has always been on the leading edge of recruiting best-practice.
Today, Michael is both a recruiting practitioner as well as an educator. He trains small and large organizations on how to effectively leverage both existing and emerging technologies within the recruitment process.
